Today is somewhat weird for me, i woke up so refreshed then all of a sudden i feel so gloomy and tired. Just a few hours ago, I was eating with my better half while his phone keeps on ringing. I understand that there are matters that you really need to attend to. Yet, I realized that there are matters that you have to take slowly.. like eating.
Yes.. eating! because, well aside from the scientific explanation that it is always best to chew our food slowly so that our body would be able to digest our food, I believe that the best moment to share talks with your family is during meals. I just feel so sad that there are pressing matters that we don't want to avoid during meal times, but we always have a choice.
