Are you prepared to die?

Okay. So its been quite a while "again" since the last time I wrote on my blog. Haven't been thinking about anything lately but more of course of what I do now - Financial Planning. It was just recently that I realized, financial planning really is a discipline. If people discipline themselves to save, financial independence will begin. There was a time when every time I go out of the house, I look at people as commodity. You know that feeling when your main customers are anyone you meet right after your doorstep. Imagine how many people are there in the country and if you are able to reach out to at least 500 people,, Gosh! you're something! But on one hand, what I do know has some advocacy in it. I find meaning and peace in opening the mind of the Filipino people on why saving and investing is important. 4 or 5 years ago, I had my first policy, without even understanding what it's for... Today, I realized that, that day made a difference in my life today. Getting insurance means loving myself and my family. I can't imagine how would it be if I died last year because of an accident (had an accident last year around September 14 or 15, 2011) . I had my car sandwiched by a Toyota Fortuner and another Toyota Vios, it's actually a miracle that nothing happened to me physically. Hence, I told myself that lucky to know that I am insured. I can at least leave something for my family to move on. I got insurance for my car though so that's a huge help! Just now, while I am writing this, I realized too that the best question to ask yourself is, Are you ready to die now? At this moment? If your answer is yes then lucky you. If your answer is NO, well firstly ask God for forgiveness, secondly get an insurance policy and finally think about what else you wanted to do before you become a soul.. Life is not like what you think it was when you were playing with your barbie dolls or with your toy cars when you were 4 or 5 years old, life is not about everything, it's about something you are meant to do. One of the things everyone is meant to do is protect yourself and your loved ones to be eaten alive by cirmcustances in Life which you know that you and your family are not prepared to experience. What are these circumstances? These circumstances are called ACHEs. As what I have learned from an ad from Pru Life UK, an ad about the "Story of the Two Bunnies" ACHEs are Accident, Critical Illness and Hospitalization. Now to you who is reading this, Are you prepared to die? What's next?
